He is a good cop, but hate authority. He is also a drunk and treats women like either shit or whores. He is also a terrible father.

Officer Thomas 'Herk' Hauk (played by Domenick Lombardozzi)
A brutal and unethical cop. Will do whatever serves him best, even if it means stabbing loyal friends in the back.

Dep. Commissioner for Admin. Stanislaus Valchek (played by Al Brown)
He starts an investigation against a man simply because of racism and pride. He is a little man with a foul mouth and no sense of what is right.

Sergeant Jay Landsmand (played by Delany Williams)
He may be a big panda bear at heart, but this porn reading, donut chomping man has only one thing on his mind: Not having to do any work.

Kenard (played by Thuliso Dingwall)
Just a child, but a foul mouthed, cat torturing evil child at that, and no one around even cares.

Chris Partlow (played by Gbenga Akinnagbe)
For a family man to go out and do what he does, without question is just so ugly.

Mayor Thomas 'Tommy' Carcetti (played by Aiden Gillen)
Another one who promises everythig, but when it comes to either the people or his own political advancement, he chooses the latter...easily.

State Senator R. Clayton 'Clay' Davis (played by Isiah Whitlock Jr.)
Savvy and charismatic hustler. He has no other agenda that raising money for himself and saying it is for the people. Hateful.

Horseface (played by Charley Scalies)
I mean he is called Horseface for a reason. He is also morally questionable.
