Solange

Sure she sounds like a French food dish, but Beyonce's sister seems to me to be the real deal. Instead of taking on the oh-so-tired r-n-b sound that is saturating the airwavesm she takes it back with not only a catchy stompy little ditty, but her video is equally as fun.

Looks like the Knowles family has someone a little bit more talented (at least to these ears).

Oh michael, i don't see it.
You haven't given Beyonce her due. she along with Destiny Child saved the dull R&B of the 90's they single handedly upped the tempo and removed the quivering crooning and brought in a syncopated percussive style of singing that mirrored hip-hop/rap (mimicked by many today- rock and urban singers) there still is very few black female (and male i should add) that brings energy to her music and performance reminiscent of tina and james. Her last album was a fantastic departure and combined the simplicities of pop and urban and created something dynamic.

this particular track, doesn't do much for me..i'm guessing it's produce by Mark Ronson, or someone the record company wants to be the next neo-motown-swing kid. As long as Solange follows trends as opposed to creating them then i wouldn't heap such heavy praise over her sister yet.

We already know you suck off the teat that is Beyonce.
I do not like the woman, her father threw so much money and weight around to get his daughter made, and it worked. sure Solange may have to ride on Beyonce's Cavalli coat tails, but at least she is wearing Chanel Couture.

if you have an issue, take it up with Mr. Knowles, and while your at it go after Mr. Jackson and Gypsy Rose's Mom. but leave the talent alone. Axxx
p.s i don't suck tit, i merely give praise when praise is warranted... and earned.

Dear Mr. Knowles....please stop posting anonymously. We all know who you are, even if you sigh your posts with an 'A'.

Listen to "I Decided, Pt. 2". It's a version remixed by the Freemasons (aka; the saviors of Beyonce's last record) and is so much better than the already great Pt. 1.

"I Decided" was, however, produced by Pharell if I'm not mistaken.
