Stuipid Bloody Bollocky Pig Dog People

That is what happens when you allow morons into a test screening. Baz Luhrmann has bowed to studio pressure and have been forced to change the ending to 'Australia' simple because some simpering twats didn't like it the way it was.

The story originates from Australian new but it has spoilers so please do not read this if you do not want your movie going magic ruined.

Such sad sad sad news. I guess the studio has forked out a lot on money for this, but still there is no reason to change the work of such a visionary man. It is an insult. I just hope we get to see the original ending.
Test screening reviews that I have read have said the film is wonderful as it is. These changes probably come because some idiot who couldn't tell you the difference in film making between a Fellini picture and a Michael Bay production.

Can you imagine if Luhrmann changed his other films? What would we have?

At the end of 'Moulin Rouge!' it turns out that Satine just had a really bad cough and after some lemsips and TLC from Christian she got better and they all lived happily ever after?

In 'Romeo and Juliet' whilst laying unconscious Juliet senses Romeo's presence and wakes up just as he is about to kill himself. They kiss and run off to Paris and live happily ever after.

Or how about just as Fran and Scott take their final bow, a crazed and jealous Tina Sparkle jumps onto the dance floor with an AK47 and takes out the whole room. A Strictly Bloody Ballroom indeed.

Then again those three films were based on famous stories, La Bohème, Romeo and Juliet, and Pygmalion respectively.

Gosh Hollywood can make me so mad...although I am sure the film will still be wonderful. Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed, Fingers Tightly Crossed,
