He forgot to thank his wife when he won for 'Milk' and they did not nominate her this year for 'The Private Lives of Pippa Lee'.
I love him and his controversial ways. Shame about the divorce though. I hear Madonna is free.....

Are they still together? What is the deal divorced or not?
That was very cryptic and quite a strange platform to say such a thing but I guess that's Sean Penn for ya!
And I don't think she was deserving of a nomination, although she was one of the better things in that very average film.
